I have a 2.8v up to 5v parallel JTAG cable. This is from the Spartan
3 development board. Will this work with the cart blanche?

I'm not really qualified to say. My parallel JTAG3 cable says 1.8v to
5.5v. The Spartan 3E spec. sheet says 2.5v but it can be configured for
3.3v. I don't know which the CarteBlanche uses. It would be better to
ask Steve or Alex.

Hi Eric,
Yep. It will work fine. If you take a look at the carte blanche
schematics (http://www.applelogic.org/files/CBSCH01.pdf) you'll see
VCCAUX is driven by 2.5V, which is pretty much spot on to your 2.8v.
Id expect no problems at all.
