I found the solution to downloading all the headers-- I had to mark the
group as read.

I think that the time problem was caused by the TimeZone CDev. I had the
setting for -6 hours, and I had to set the IIgs clock 6 hours ahead to get
accurate time. I don't think that was a coincidence.

But for the date problem, I don't know. It thought that it was the 14th of
April, when it was really the 17th. Why does SNAP even set a Date header
line? The server usually provides it automatically.
