Windows doesn't play right!!! Kegs can do this because Linux
doesn't restrict access to low level hardware. Windows does.
In fact Windows goes to great lengths to avoid programmers
accessing low level hardware. This doesn't mean it isn't
possible, it just means it will be a lot of work.
