Could be. On the other hand, you may just need to replace a few IC's. The
ones most likely to get zapped are the 74LS138's which handle Slot, I/O, and
Device select (ICs F12, H12, and H2 on a II+ diagram) and a 74LS257 which takes
care of routing Data lines (IC B6 on a II+ diagram). If the 74LS257 at B6 is
messed up, it could directly affect KB inputs.
