It is called Harmonie.  In most cases, the Epson LQ drivers
in Harmonie will let you use Epson Stylus printers.  If you
already have an Epson, this capability is nice.

Jeff Blakeney has posted that Epson Stylus printers use
one of three languages depending on the model:

ESC/P, ESC/P2, or ESC/Raster.  Check with Epson's
web site to see which one the 740 supports.  Apparently,
only ESC/Raster printers won't work with Harmonie.
ESC/P and ESC/P2 printers will.  Harmonie does not
support color on an Epson, but black and white and
grayscales work like a charm.
