Well - yes. You can use the GS/OS Finder to format HFS disks.
But what do you want to do with it? Do you want to know if you can
download MacOS system images to the GS or something? Or are you hoping
that you can put GS/OS on a disk and then boot it on the Mac?
I mean, we're still not very sure as to what the question is.
