One thing about Apple Pascal. Each version had a developer's
runtime package and a user's runtime package. I don't recall
all the in's and out's of this, but to sell an Apple Pascal program
on a stand alone disk, you had to use a different set of runtime
files. I do remember that you had to pay extra for that package
and I think you had to pay for every application you wished to
publish.
