Apple II is a keyboard membrane cover, aka a Safeskin.
I don't have the order info in front of me, but I do
know that they're still available--I bought a replacement
one just last year, and the order form listed all Apple II
computers.  They help keep a lot out of the keyboard
besides dust, and once you get used to them (the main
complaint of most 1st time users), you don't even know
they're there.  Several companies sell these--look for a
prepaid packet at almost any computer supply store.
