Or use the apple scsi utilities and low level the drive....

But why would you want to do that when dragging the files works so well.
are you worried abot someone recovering the files? I think norton utils
for mac will wipe 'em for ya so they can't be recovered....

NOW, why did zila posting this to an apple II group when this is clearly
a mac question? Newbies... Gotta luv 'em...
