To boot a 5.25" diskette from Slot 6, Drive 2 on a standard IIe, I'm
pretty sure you would need to use a modified boot code. Like, you could move
the code from the $C600 area to $1600 in RAM and change it; then, CALL 5632
from Applesoft.

Actually, there is almost never any reason to boot a 5.25" diskette from
Drive 2.

If you just want to run a program from Drive 2 after booting DOS 3.3 from
Drive 1, you can CATALOG,D2 to switch the active drive to Drive 2. Then, you
can RUN or BRUN the program you like from Drive 2.

Or, you can RUN MYGAME,D2 or BRUN MYGAME,D2, ... after booting DOS 3.3
from Drive 1-- the effect is similar in terms of making Drive 2 your active
drive.

By the way, you do not need to have the DOS 3.3 System Master in a drive
after it has booted (unless you want to run some program on the disk). Once it
boots, the DOS is installed in RAM. For 5.25" diskettes, the same usually
applies after booting ProDOS.

One more thing (in case you have not tried it): you might try booting the
diskette which has the stuff you want to run. It may be bootable.
