Well, that would not be too much of a problem. When I am at home, I
usually have my Powerbook sitting on the desk near the printer, the modem,
the power outlet etc. Setting up the AirDock in a fixed position would do
just fine; all I want is to reduce the times I have to switch plugs from
the printer/modem/appletalk port of the Powerbook, not to do away with
cables altogether.

However, this is definitely a problem. Thanks for the info anyway, I
thought it was worth a try.
