You make the claim, you get to provide proof. You said, "Apple
Computer has been contacted concerning this and has expressed
no objections. [...] Here's exactly what they said:  'If it's

1. Who is "they", precisely?
2. Were they speaking for Apple Computer when they told you so?
3. What evidence can you provide for the above?

The answer to which would take you a few seconds to write. That
you chose instead to set up strawmen does not speak well for
your case.
