Others can advise you on how to do it yourself. 

TEXAS II does AppleWorks to MicroSoft Works conversions for $10 per "disk-full"
of AppleWorks files. You should be able to bring the files in from MS Works to
another program.

Unfortunately I am not able to do any such work until about March 1st. If you
