Can you please explain your question?  The RamFast has no SCSI ID of its
own, so how is it useful to speculate on how the RamFast's SCSI ID
should be set?

The RamFast doesn't fully implement the SCSI standard - it omits the
"arbitration" phase, which means that it can cheat and avoid having its
own SCSI ID.  This lets you connect eight devices instead of seven.

Unfortunately the lack of the arbitration phase makes it incompatible
with some devices (including many hard drives made in the last few
years).
