IW Cutsheet Feeder Help?

I just picked up a cutsheet feeder for my IW at a garage sale.  When I load the
paper it won't feed all the way in when a print job kicks off.  I get an error
light.  Any suggestions?  Also, did Apple make a separate manual for them?
