I know Apple II have a composite TTL output, Commodore have a Seprate Video TTL
(luminance and chroma separated). I have connected the Apple to Composite TV
input and Commodore 64 to S-VHS TV input.
I live in Europe so my Apple and Commodore have PAL output, but I think is the
same for NTSC.
