Mike and Ed:   Thanks for the offers but I am persuing local options.  My post 
was really in regards to the question:  Why??   Why does an Amber monitor NOT 
work with an Atari, COmmodore (3 of them), Mattel Aqaurius  
(http://www.ncsc.dni.us/fun/user/tcc/cmuseum/aquarius.htm -if you have never 
heard of this one), all Apples,  but it DOES work pluged into the RCA jack of 
a Franklin Ace 1200?  and why only this old beast?  In other words: were ALL 
these boxes with an RCA jack ONLY designed to plug from that into TV, and, 
what was the purpose behind the older Amber monitors if they won't work 
directly?
