Apple IIc => IW2 - Possible?

My wife's best friend has a IIc that runs a couple of programs that she
is very fond of, and which are not available for Mac or PC.

IIc had busted power supply, missing monitor; fixed power supply, found
replacement monitor at Flea Mart. Doesn't have a printer. I have an old
IW2, used to be printer for my wife's Mac 'till replaced by
StyleWriter. Any way to wire IW2 to IIc?

Checked a bunch of Apple aftermarket Web sites, looking for
interconnect cable, with no luck. Happy to wire cable myself, if anyone
can supply pinning, SW/DIPSW seetings necessary to make this work.
