Help: Need Apple II GS Info

Hey guys its been at least 6 years since i've used an Apple II GS and i just
found one this morning somone threw away in perfect condition, but no
manuals...:P  I was
wondering if somebody knows of a TXT to refresh me on its inner workings and
how to get to all the nifty things in it. I'm just starting over again in
the Apple scene. Also how do you get to the Control Panel?
