Both.  It is mostly a IIc clone, but it has an Apple
Bus expansion slot that can run the same cards
you plug into IIe expansion slots.

A Super Serial Card is a serial card for the IIe, II+,
and original Apple II.  It is not needed in the IIc,
which has it built in.  It is also not needed in the
Laser 128 which has serial and parallel ports built
in.  The Laser 128EX/2 model also has a MIDI
controller built in.
