I do have a Checkmate multiram board for the IIc  although the
manual  and original box are in storage and not immediately accessible.
I haven't looked at it in about 5 years but as I recall the manual wasn't
a
lot more than installation instructions. and installation is pretty strait

forward. The software was a lot more interesting than the manual. It
featured an AppleWorks expander, card testing software and I think a
couple of ramdisk programs.
