Need info on Checkmate Tech Multiram CX board for the Apple IIc

Hi,

I am looking for information on a Checkmate Tech Multiram CX board for
the Apple IIc.

I have one of these boards and an Apple IIc that I'd like to install it
in.  Does anyone still have the manual?

I would like to either: buy a copy of it, or purchase the manual
outright it you are inclined to sell it.
