Do you have a Macintosh?  If so, look at the following URL:

ftp://ground.ecn.uiowa.edu/apple2/

Click on the Mac folder.  Then download the archive
containing a BinHexed DiskCopy image of a ProDOS
3.5" disk containing the ShrinkIt! program.

After you do this, you just bring the software to the A2
normally and use ShrinkIt! to decompress the files or
disks.

For Mac users, it does not get simpler than this!  ;-)
