Help identifying hardware

I was at a thrift shop recently and found an Apple IIe clone called an
"Orchard II".  It had a couple of cards in it that I've never seen
before.
One looked like some kind of video card, it had a ROM chip on it with
a single 'RCA' cable that went to the video out on the motherboard, it
had a second 'RCA' cable attached to the back (nearest keyboard) of
the card that I assume went to the monitor.  There were no brand names
on the thing, and I didn't get a chance to write down any numbers.  It
also had a 4-dip switch.

The other didn't have many chips on it (2-3) but it did have a 6522
chip on it with a (15 pin?) adapter for a ribbon cable.


Can anyone help identify these things and are they worth buying?
