You can't download it, but you can buy some CD-ROMs
of Apple II software from http://www.crl.com/~joko
Shareware Solutions II.  These are big archives of all
kinds of software including games.  The best known of
such CD-ROM archives is the Golden Orchard.

You need an Apple IIGS or a Mac to read these
CD-ROMs in their entirety.  With a IIe, you can read
some partitions but not most of them.

You need to install MacOpener to read these discs
on the PC.
