MS-DOS FST is the fastest.  It is just like copying stuff
off an HFS or ProDOS disk.

I recommend MUG! over MS-DOS Utilities.  They are from
the same author but MUG! is the newer of the two and has
an NDA interface, so it works pretty much like PC
Exchange does on the Macintosh.

If you are a registered MS-DOS Utilities user, you can
upgrade to MUG! in a special deal that saves some fees.
The author will release a newer version of MUG! that can
format Zip disks (it already reads and writes from them)
to registered users.

As for the PC Transporter, it actually supports 1.44MB
MS-DOS disks via a SuperDrive and SuperDrive card!

This is very useful for installing software since even old
XT stuff often comes on high density disks these days.
