I've never had any luck with this.  Try the following:

1) Initialize a AppleDOS 3.3 disk with an Integer Basic HELLO program.
2) Boot your AppleDOS 3.3 System Master and let Integer Basic load.
3) Go into Integer Basic (]INT).
4) Enter the monitor (>CALL-151)
5) Now try booting the disk you created in step 1 (C600G)

You will always get LANGUAGE NOT AVAILABLE on boot.

What does work (and I don't know why) is the following.

1) Initialize a AppleDOS 3.2 disk with an Integer Basic HELLO program.
2) Boot your AppleDOS 3.3 System Master and let Integer Basic load.
3) Go into Integer Basic.
4) BRUN BOOT13
5) Now try booting the disk you created in step 1.

For some reason BOOT13 does maintain the Integer ROMS.  Perhaps this
is enough to get the original diskette to run?
