The  plug at J13 is from the back of the machine
               +12 volt
               -5 volt
                video
                ground

The +12 volt is available from the left fan pin and ground is available
from the right. .  - 5 volt isn't as easily availavle.  Probablly I'd tap into
the power wires between the power supply and keyboard.

Here's the pinout of the power plug, Pin 7 is closest to the rear of the IIgs

               7    - 5 Volts
               6    -12 Volts
               5    +12 Volts
                4    + 5 Volts
                3   no connection
                2    GND
                1    GND
