ProDOS 2.0.3 and No Slot Clock

If you have the small system version of prodos NSC patch it will work with any
prodos.  That is why this method is now the most acceptable.  Before you were
patching a few bits on prodos, but newer prodos versions had the date parts in
different places.  

So the new way takes advantage of the fact that after prodos boots it looks for
the next system program to launch.  So the NSC patch is run and then it hands
off to the next system program.  Now it will work on any prodos.
