Actually it is the processor in the machine, not the amount of memory,
that determines whether you can run ProDOS v2.0.x.  You need to have a
65C02 processor or equivalent in your machine to use ProDOS v2.0.x.

This means that all IIgs, //c+, //c, enchanced IIe machines as well as
machines with ZipChips or RocketChips (I think, not 100% sure) or
machines that have had the 6502 replaced with a 65C02 can run the
ProDOS v2.0.x.
