Hi Bryan
The model 25-286 has std. 640/480/16/256k VGA video and VGA monitor.
MCGA subject always comes up on the news:comp.sys.ibm.ps2.hardware
Perhaps you are thinking of the Model 25 & Model 30 [8086] which
had limited MCGA video circuits, but also used regular VGA monitor.
Analog VGA and II/gs digital [I believe] might not work together.
Want to fix up that gray boat anchor, got IBx parts here, e-mail.
Myself, thinking of 9576 board/supply/KB in Apple II/e case?? Rich
