Yes.  SOS disks are identical to ProDOS disks.  So if someone created a 
".DSK" file from an SOS disk, you could download it to a PC and create it
on an Apple II with ADT, since ADT will create ProDOS disks, even though it
runs under DOS 3.3.  Then it should boot on your Apple III.
