Yes we knew, we just didn't tell anyone, :)
You can get this any time you see the sliding apple error message. The
easiest way to produce one is to go into the CDA control panel and set the
startup slot to something silly like slot 1 (assuming there is no disk
controller in slot 1). Then reboot.

By the way, if you have a ROM 3 IIgs you get a recorded sound played back of
this same group of people (presumably) all shouting "Apple II!".
