All,
I've been looking to replace my LOUD external SCSI drive with a
notebook-sized internal drive for awhile but the prices on eBay for
megabyte-class drives are outrageous. What I do see are a ton of 36GB
and 72GB drives going for as little as $10.
Does anyone know if these drives can be made to work with an Apple
IIGS Rev C SCSI card? I somehow seem to remember hearing a long time
ago that the largest drive you can use is 2GB, but am hopeful that
someone knows a workaround. Obviously, given the price, if I can
somehow reformat it to only use part of the available space, so be it!
thanks!
