A few (more) IIgs questions.

Ok, let's see...
Just got a Transwarp GS. Worked fine in the disgustingly dirty IIgs I
pulled it from, but when placed in my IIgs, (along with a few other
cards), nothing. I get that sort of staggery checkerboard screen. (CPU
problem?)
Cards are
Slot 4:PCT (inactive)
Slot 5:TWGS
Slot 7:Apple HS SCSI
Mem: GS-RAM III (also from dirty IIgs)
It may also be that it's 3/4 for the PCT/TWGS...can't remember.
Is there special slots that stuff needs to be in that I'm not remembering?

GS-RAM vs GS-RAM III. GS-RAM is bigger and more...special, looking...but
GS-RAM III has more memory in it? I can't tell for sure because it uses
those wierd SIP chips. Has...4mb of ram? or is that mB? But it's so
tiny....?

AE Vulcan 40Mb-HD-in-a-big-black-PSU-with-Controller-card. Power supply
worked after I replaced the fuse (there was a replacement stored right
above it?) although sadly I broke the little flappy door by accident
(thought I needed to slip something under it to lift it, it certainly
_looked_ like it had a little flip switch.) But, setting the slot (6, I
think) to My Card causes the computer to hang at boot. The drive doesn't
sound as if it accessing or anything either, I just hear the fan.

ECHO Commander. What is the DIN...uh, 5...plug for?
