Actually, you may never have sent an e-mail.  You may have just
replied to one of the A2 or A2Pro forums posts that Ryan made.  I know
he posted that permission request at least twice to the Apple II
forums on Delphi.  If you just replied to that message, you wouldn't
have record of it in your sent e-mail folder.  Just a thought.
