reached.

   - Move TimeOut menu over to the far right, so it is not centered on screen,
covering your work.
   - TimeOut menu width is optimized (tightened) so there is less menu space
covering your work.
   - TimeOut menu header displays the TimeOut pathname instead of "TimeOut Menu
1," etc.
   - Begin a data base report with a page number other than 1.
