Oh, it wouldn't have occured to myself or, I think, anyone I know to
pronounce it like that. I was sat here thinking, "What's funny about
int star laser"? I only tend to use terms like, "pointer to foo" when
in language lawyer mode. Informally, I'd always say "foo star".
