Transfer: 5 1/2 disk --> Anything else

I have a great deal of data on 5 1/2 inch floppies (created with Apple
II+), that I would like
to transfer to any other form (3 1/2 in floppies, hard drive).  I have a
working Apple II+
with 5 1/2 inch drive; no modem or 3 1/4 inch drive on it.  I also have
access to an
old McIntosh.

Any ideas?  Services (commercial or private) that do this?
