You mean RCA cable.  ;-)  The IIc+ does not have an RGB port and
even on Apple IIs that do (like the IIGS or Laser 128 series), it is the
15-pin port that's the RGB port, not the round port.  The round port
is for composite video (like for VCRs and TVs).

Unlike on a Mac or IIGS, the 15-pin monitor port is not RGB.  It is
for general purpose video expansion.  The only monitor the port
will take without an adapter is an LCD monitor.

You can run a IIGS (or Amiga) monitor off that port provided an
RGB adapter sits between them.  A Multiscan MIGHT work IF
it can sync down to 15Khz.  There were also adapters that let the
IIc+ use CGA monitors.

Use an analog Video 7 adapter for IIGS (or Amiga) or Multiscan
(maybe, depending on the model) RGB monitor.

Use a digital Video 7 adapter for CGA monitors.
