Re: Apple IIc+ Monitor
I'm looking in my Apple Service guide... It actually shows the IIc+
having an "external video port" that has 15 pins (DA-15 Male). The
description is "The video expansion connector is used for connecting an
RGB monitor, RF modulator, or Flat Panel Display."
Then there's a caution: "The signals on this connector are NOT the same
as on the DA-15 of the Apple IIgs, III and III Plus, Macintosh II video
card, or EtherTalk Interface Card. DO NOT connect an Apple IIgs, III,
III Plus, Macintosh II video card, or EtherTalk Interface Card device
or cable to the Apple IIc." Duuuuuuuh!!! heheheeh!!!!
In addition (off the subject), the modem and printer port on the IIc+
is a DIN-8, just like the Apple IIgs.
