Hmm...that's strange...I know he asked me when he wanted to quote something
from me...I still have the e-mail.

And, you may feel that posting in a public forum gives implicit permission,
but current copyright laws state that it is copyrighted.

Lets look at it this way...if a politician gives a speech in a public
forum, that speech is copyrighted...news organizations can use parts of
it in the purpose of reporting news, but rebroadcasting, converting to
text and posting, whatever, would be a violation of his rights.

deals mostly with UseNet, but it could easily be applied to Delphi.
