Hold on now. I feel myself on shaky ground, but...
Didn't the final version of the IIe card software allow it to run under
32-bit addressing, or is it me getting confused? Could be that the final
version of the software allowed the card to be run under Mac System 7.x
with 32-bit addressing turned off, whereas earlier versions would not run
under anything later than 6.x. Anyway I have the card in an LC running
7.5.5, but I can't check the 32-bit addressing issue because the system is
dismantled at the moment _ Mrs Q gets upset if computers begin
proliferating around this place :-(
