The operative word is PUBLIC. If you say something "IN PUBLIC" it is available
to the PUBLIC. It is, in fact, PUBLIC DOMAIN. The way to avoid it is DON'T SAY
IT IN PUBLIC AND DON'T POST IT IN PUBLIC.
