For all of it, I think you will find prices from $18 - $28  for full shell
access are standard in Calif. *unless* you are  lucky enough to have a
functioning freenet. Not that easy to find cheap shell access, sad to say.
Several years back all teachers had free accounts at calstate, but that
was about 88- 94 or so. Now you are lucky to find a decent provider.
