Apple card to identify...

I have posted a few jpegs of a card I was recently given. They can be
found at www.uwrf.edu/~jb0w/images/ The particular pictures are
  card_connector.jpeg
  card_connector2.jpeg
  main_card.jpeg

card_connector.jpeg's main connector is an RJ-45, as in 10bT. I'm
guessing this is NOT in fact a networking card. In addition to the
RJ-45, 2 RCA, and 1 Molex connector, there is a DB-25 hiding at the end
of the ribbon cable off the main card. The Molex connector goes to the
bottom right of the main card.

Any thoughts on what this thing does? I am going to hazard a guess at a
card for handicapped accesibility, but cant be sure. I got it from our
Education Technology Center, as they wanted to throw it ( and 3 IIgs')
out. I just couldn't let them go to waste.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. You can email me at
joseph.m.barbey@NOSPAMuwrf.edu, removing the NOSPAM, of course. I'll
probably be having another card to ID up shortly, once I can get to a
scanner again.

Thanks
  Joe Barbey
