I think it was the same and was probably also included with the IIc Plus
and the platinum IIe.  Frankly, the book rather sucks.  It pales compared
to the Applesoft BASIC Reference Manual.  Now the Laser 128EX/2
manual, THAT's a great manual.  The first section is a user's manual for
the 128, EX, and EX/2.  The second part is an Applesoft Reference almost
as comprehensive as Apple's Applesoft Reference!  The last part, the
appendixes, includes the pinouts to the various ports.
