And, I reply....Supertimer, do you have the ability and motivation to do a copy
of this with OCR and either/and/or GIF JPEG scans, then provide
it for everybody to have and review online?  

I'd be happy to help you with providing this, if you can't do it, then PLEASE
provide me with a photocopy of the manual and I'll do it.
