How are you transferring the program to the Apple. Which transfer
program and which protocol. Not all protocols in the IBM world match
those in the Apple world and files transfers can get trashed. Try a plain
Xmodem transfer.

Normally I would recommend Apple Oasis but it doesn't function well
with the //c series. Too bad, it has some utilities which would help you.
