It's semi-permanent.  I (or anyone with an EPROM
programmer/eraser) can erase and re-write the chip.  It
would take an hour or so.

If absolutely necessary, I could have him send the EPROM
back to me at that time.

Good, because I just got the chips in this morning.  I'm
all set to assemble the 6 boards that people have ordered.
I'm just waiting for money now.  :-)
